Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager with deep expertise in the electronics/automotive industry and a proven track record in strategic procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, an understanding of global supply chains, and a technical background that ensures the highest quality standards for components.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business goals

Manage and negotiate long-term contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality

Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and performance management to meet company standards

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams for new development and projects, ensuring the timely supply of critical components and services

Optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing purchasing team

Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and sustainability practices

Analyze market trends and data to forecast demand and adjust sourcing strategies

Assist division purchasing to achieve target (KPI) of purchasing department.

Qualifications:

Degree or Master Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in purchasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in global supplier management and contract negotiation

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and data analysis tools

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Strong focus on sustainability and compliance with industry standards

Project management skills
