The role
We're seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts for our international hospitality business. This role will focus on sourcing real estate, negotiating contracts, and optimising supplier relationships for our expanding accommodation, education, and community units. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in procurement, particularly in real estate or hospitality, with strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with Boundless Life's growth plans, including assisting with project management of real estate development in existing locations.
Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management for real estate, construction, and services.
Collaborate with the finance team to optimize costs and manage procurement budgets with the aim of detecting and implementing cost saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with legal and sustainability standards in all procurement activities.
Support the local teams in managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
Track and report on procurement KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Support the opening of new Boundless Life locations, focusing on real estate acquisitions and operational sourcing.

About you
Excellent communication and English skills; an additional language is a great plus.
5-7 years of experience in procurement, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
Experience working within international environments is a required must.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale supplier contracts.
Excellent understanding of procurement processes, legal contracts, and cost management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with sustainability initiatives is a plus.
