DetailsFull-timeLegal Entity: Bosch Security SystemsBosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems, and communication systems are to be set up as an independent unit and developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
As a Purchasing Controller, you will be part of the new company and contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

Responsibilities: Analyze purchasing data, generating insightful Purchasing Management reports on performance and competitiveness.Identify aspects that impact target achievement and propose appropriate measures in case of deviation.Track and support Cost Center planning for Budget and Headcount in the global Purchasing organization.Plan required periods and schedules for efficient task processing.Prepare, support, or develop standard and ad-hoc reports using up-to-date IT Tools (e.g., Power-BI).Contribute to introducing new controlling tools in Purchasing along with related functions.Perform Detective controls in Purchasing and Procurement, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations. Define and track measures until closure in case of findings.Actively support Process Excellence in Purchasing.Qualifications: Education: University degree or completed vocational training with qualified further training and extensive subject-specific additional qualifications.Personality: Self-motivating, self-organized, able to work under time pressure, and willing to contribute improvement proposals. Familiarity with working in an international business environment.Experience: Minimum of five years working experience in the area of Purchasing Controlling or Controlling with insights into purchasing and purchasing processes.Tools: Excellent command of relevant tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar.Languages: Very good command of written and spoken English; willingness to travel.Additional Information: Manager will be located in Germany; English proficiency is a MUST as well as willingness to travel.
