Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities: Review requisition orders, stock orders and quotation requests, for productive and non-productive materials, to ensure accuracy and correct item specificationsRequest suppliers' quotations and check prices with Purchasing ManagerCreate POs based on Purchasing requisitions, and submit to supplierRespond to supplier inquiries about clarifying orders, changes in requests, delivery requirements and cancellationsFollow up confirmation of order quantity, pricing, and delivery lead-timesResolve problems with suppliers to speed up deliveries and to minimize the risk of supply shortagesReport status of POs on requestAssure audit compliance and order accuracyQualificationsPrevious experience in similar responsibilities (experience in an international environment is a plus)Solid communication skills to interact with several stakeholders (English language skills is a plus)Experience with Office365 and ERPs (InforLN is a plus)Dynamic and perspicacious personal skillsResident in Ovar or nearby areaAdditional InformationWhat can we provide you?
