Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.Location:Ovar, PortugalJob DescriptionBased in Ovar, Portugal, you will temporarily support the purchase of productive and non-productive materials during a maternity leaveMain Responsibilities:Review requisition orders, stock orders and quotation requests, for productive and non-productive materials, to ensure accuracy and correct item specificationsRequest suppliers' quotations and check prices with Purchasing ManagerCreates POs based on Purchasing requisitions, and submits to supplierRespond to supplier inquiries about clarifying orders, changes in requests, delivery requirements and cancellationsFollows up confirmation of order quantity, pricing, and delivery lead-timesResolve problems with suppliers to speed up deliveries and to minimize the risk of supply shortagesReports status of POs on requestSupport solving invoice issues (missed quantities, price differences, etc.)Assure audit compliance and order accuracyQualificationsPrevious experience in similar responsibilities (experience in an international environment is a plus)Solid communication skills to interact with several stakeholders (English language skills is a plus)Experience with Office365 and ERPs (InforLN is a plus)Dynamic and perspicacious personal skillsResident in Ovar or nearby areaAdditional informationWhat can we provide you?Uncertain term contract, maternity leave replacementWorking closely together with other rack stars in an open and enthusiastic cultureAn attractive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, in an international environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
