The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our public image, developing and implementing communication strategies, and enhancing our company's reputation.
The PR Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and positive media coverage Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation; Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials; Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers; Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests; Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities; Plan and execute PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and other promotional activities; Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation; Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of PR and marketing strategies; Handle crisis communication and develop strategies to mitigate negative publicity; Provide training and guidance to company spokespeople on media interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Proven experience as a PR Specialist or in a similar role; Strong understanding of media relations and PR best practices; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Proficiency in social media management and digital communication; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; Knowledge of the immigration and real estate industries is a plus.
