Job title: Public Affairs Trainee
Location: Lisbon (Lagoas Park)Job type: Permanent, TemporaryOur Team: Directly reporting to the Head of Market Access, Public Affairs & Trade, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and contributing to maximizing the Public Affairs strategy. This is also a great opportunity for learning and gaining exposure to diverse topics on the Public Affairs scope, and to explore from a professional perspective the pharmaceutical industry in general.
Main responsibilities: Engage with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Patient Associations, to build awareness, keep track of key trends, and co-create.Contribute to enable the organization to integrate Patient perspectives across the healthcare value chain and on internal processes.Adapt and develop support materials to enhance initiatives.Be a part of the Internal Business Teams, contributing to capture external insights and unmet patient needs.About you: Soft skills: Proactivity, Accountability & Solution-driven mindset, Creative thinking, Flexibility, Gentle and effective communication.Technical skills: Capacity to interact and influence Internal and External Stakeholders, Project Management Skills, and Teamwork spirit & transversal cooperation.Education: Degree in Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences, Marketing, or other relevant area.
