Your mission will be to develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO … Build complete Customer plans to drive the overall business; Execute plans for assigned Accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies; Ensure excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating and measuring results consistently and implementing corrective actions; Nurture productive business relationships beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at least 1 up from the buyer/category manager; Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Accounts targets and KPIs; Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customers best practices, liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives; Adhere to all Company principles and policies including trade policy, local sales policy, local trade terms, safety and legal regulations. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL At least 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management and Business Development; Category Development experience with a CPG, distributor or retail operations; Knowledge of interrelationships of key functions and their key initiatives; Mastery of the processes and procedures used for Customer Planning, Customer Managing and Trade Marketing; Understanding of the financial processes, order to cash, end to end, category, brand, product and shopper knowledge.
