Position: We are looking for a Proxy Product Owner – French Speaker , who identifies with the following aspects:
Key Responsibilities: Define the roadmap and features of digital products;
Create, organize and prioritize the backlog and write user stories;
Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders;
Defining product features according to customer needs;
Leading the development process;
Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint;
Be the guarantor of the value and quality of the product, throughout iterations and releases;
Track a series of key performance indicators to ensure the success and uptake of your product;
Availability to travel 2-3 times/year.
Main Skills: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner;
Significant background in the banking sector (ideally on scoring projects);
You are proficient in the agile Scrum framework (SAFe is a plus);
Strong knowledge on API projects;
Comfortable with data modeling;
Skills in writing specifications and user stories;
Experience and maturity to manage teams;
Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French is mandatory;
Full professional proficiency in English.
Requirement: Degree/Master in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
