Property Manager

We specialize in managing a variety of commercial and residential properties, delivering exceptional value and customer service.We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to take charge of the direct management and oversight of our assigned commercial and residential properties in the Lisbon area. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maximizing asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of assigned properties.Develop business plans tailored to meet the needs of tenants.Inspect properties regularly and arrange for maintenance to ensure they meet high standards.Maintain positive and productive relationships with tenants.Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.Market and advertise vacant spaces to attract new tenants.Collaborate with the accounting team to keep detailed, up-to-date records of tenant payments.Manage collections and operating expenses.Develop and manage annual budgets, analyzing variances and trends.Oversee and assess the performance of property personnel.Report on financial performance and achieve financial goals.Build relationships with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Property Manager.Deep understanding of property management and its financial aspects.Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding property management.Competency in MS Office and relevant property management software.Customer-focused mindset with a strong bottom-line orientation.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Highly organized with strong time management abilities.Valid Class B Driver's License.Willingness to travel.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Work in a positive, family-owned company with a collaborative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
