O que procura nos candidatos

What You'll Need To Have Or Be:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with properties.
Strong knowledge of the Lisbon luxury real estate scenario.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solver mindset and high attention to detail.
An entrepreneurial attitude always looking to push boundaries.
Fluency in English (our company language) and Portuguese.

Que funções irão desempenhar

What You'll Do:
Meeting & Onboarding New Property Owners.
Basic knowledge of local accommodation regulations.
Weekly inspections and reports.
Keeping constant contact with the Homeowners of the Lisbon properties.
Inspecting properties & Project management when need repairs or improvements.
Arranging outsourcing services for maintenance, cleaning, pool, landscaping,
security and other ongoing services.
Managing and supervising service providers.
Liaise with the curation team.
Represent PMP's values in all that you do.
