Job Summary
A Promotional Staff is responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products or services, and providing information about products/services. You will usually work in product launches, sales promotions, in-store events, sampling events, and trade shows. You are also responsible for tracking customer feedback, making and running marketing campaigns, and offering customer support.
Duties and Responsibilities
General
Gathering all essential information prior to the start of promotional campaigns.
Communicating with supervisors about product information, promotional goals, and target market.
Oversee the setup of all stations and work areas per client specification.
Understand all client-specific responsibilities and duties.
Comprehend client instructions, manuals, and information needed for any particular products or services offered by the client.
Create a professional connection with the team and establish rapport with co-workers and prospective customers.
Meet the promotional/campaign goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Responsible For:
Providing product/service information to prospective clients.
Handing out product samples.
Distributing giveaways.
Engaging with customers and creating sales leads.
Requirements:
Positive attitude.
Professional, good-looking, fashionable, and stylish.
At least 172 cm / 5'8" in height for male promoters and 164 cm for female promoters.
Must be willing to work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts.
Must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while multitasking.
Extremely friendly.
Must be able to read, write, and have strong communication skills in German and English. A third language is a plus!
Must possess a positive service-oriented attitude towards all guests and employees.
Must be able to move around the venue quickly and easily.
Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to client/supervisor instructions.

Street Marketing: 1 year (Preferred).
Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred).
