Coordinate and manage the migration process for VoIP services, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption for clients. Follow up on migration activities, closely monitoring progress and promptly resolving any issues or roadblocks. Provide regular status updates and reports on migration progress to the team and clients. YOUR PROFILE Fluency in French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a similar role involving client communication. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take necessary preemptive actions. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
