In this job opportunity, we are looking for professionals to fill the position of Project QA/QC Coordinator (Site).
The required profile is an experienced and highly motivated professional who will be responsible for supporting the QA/QC Project Manager in all activities related to Quality Control and project tasks.
Additionally, this role will act as Deputy QA/QC Project Manager as needed and will serve as the QAQC/Inspection Representative to ensure compliance with local regulations, Project Standards, and Procedures.
Location: Sines, Portugal Work Modality: On-site Responsibilities: Perform QA/QC activities for the assigned Project and/or Construction Contract.
Verify compliance with contractual requirements during the execution of construction, assembly, and installation activities in terms of execution plan and/or delivery date and/or manufacturing quality.
Manage and update QA/QC MS deliverables in the applicable IT tools.
Analyze the information provided by construction contractors and monitor the evolution of KPIs.
Issue QA/QC project deliverables (pre-inspection meeting report, Pre-JSM, PPs, QCPs, CSHs).
Identify and report any QA/QC deviations or issues affecting deliveries or quality.
Coordinate the definition of recovery actions and follow up on their implementation until resolution.
Contribute to the technical evaluation of bids (related to construction SOW).
Contribute to the preparation of performance evaluations for construction contractors and inspection agencies.
Requirements: Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Experience as a mechanical quality supervisor at least 3 years in industrial projects.
Experience in rotating equipment assembly Experience in PED.
Ability to report compliance with standards.
Ability to provide clear, precise reports indicating compliance with applicable construction code requirements and/or project specifications.
Practical knowledge of PED, welding, and NDT.
Minimum B2 level of English or Portuguese.
