Role: Project Program Manager

Requisitions:

15 years of experience as a Project Manager of high dimension and complexity in scope, timings and/or budget (mandatory certifications)

Degree preferably in Informatics, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering

Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment

Ability to critically analyze and solve blockpoints

English fluent

Portuguese and Spanish highly appreciated

Have led end to end programs across different phases and managed portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope and complex environments.

Highly valuable previous experience in consulting

Knowledge of communication and collaboration tools/channels

Strong Microsoft Office skills required.

Experience in Jira & Confluence

Responsibilities:

Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, time, cost and quality

Prepare and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation)

Ensure that financial implementation is in line with implementation

Manage the relationship and assertive communication with all stakeholders

Prepare project reporting, management information and promote decision making

C level reporting

Quarterly analysis and forecast

Place: Lisbon (hybrid)
