Your main responsibilities will be:Build a project plan structure and ensure transparency between different planning levelsFacilitate and conduct planning workshops for project teamsSearch and acquire planning data including timing, dates, etc. to build the plansConduct detailed project planning and scheduling from business activity (level A) across module planning (level B) to Work Package and task (level C) - ensuring plans conclude cross-module dependencies and milestone deliverables, and that critical activities are inheritedSupport project team in time estimation based on historical data for "standard" tasks and deliverablesSupport project manager in understanding and communicating the project plan elements and progressPerform critical paths analysis on planned schedule and escalate the risk of missed deadlinesMaintain and update project plan, including securing review and alignmentSupport project managers on tracking of project and activities progress - by tracking and follow-up on LoD's, CR's/CN's and building burn-down curves, illustrating the scope of work to completion, etc.Mapping of project dependencies across projectsCreate a catalog of standard project duration and effort based on completed projects in the pastBeing the point of contact for the Project Excellence team, concerning project planning tools and processes - including alignment and resolving tasks on PowerBI reportingQualificationsProject estimation methods, planning, and schedulingScenario planning, simulating the impact of risk on project planFluent in English (written and spoken)Proficient in Project Planning tools:SAP PPMMicrosoft ProjectJIRAMicrosoft Project/PowerBi insight - with the ability to discuss and support on interfaces and data acquisition for PowerBi reportingAnalytical skills, detail-oriented, highly structured, ensure review of updated materialIT mindedStrong in interaction with other people, facilitation, and communication, and act as Platform accountantClear understanding of how scheduled project activities are carried out in a real project environmentProficient in Stage Gate Way execution, combined with agile executionWhat We OfferWe offer an exciting workplace with great professional and personal development opportunities in an inclusive and international work environment with an established wind turbine manufacturer.
