Responsibilities You will be part of the Offshore program management team that controls and implements the offshore product portfolio for Vestas. Your main responsibilities will be: Build a project plan structure and ensure transparency between different planning levels Facilitate and conduct planning workshops for project teams Search and acquire planning data including timing, dates, etc. to build the plans Conduct detailed project planning and scheduling from business activity (level A) across module planning (level B) to Work Package and task (level C) - ensuring plans conclude cross-module dependencies and milestone deliverables, and that critical activities are inherited Support project team in time estimation based on historical data for "standard" tasks and deliverables Support project manager in understanding and communicating the project plan elements and progress Perform critical paths analysis on planned schedule and escalate the risk of missed deadlines Maintain and update project plan, including securing review and alignment Support project managers on tracking of project and activities progress - by tracking and follow-up on LoD's, CR's/CN's and building burn-down curves, illustrating the scope of work to completion, etc
