The Role As part of the Lisbon Hub and the German actuarial team, you'll take on a pivotal role within the German Project Assistance Office .
Your mission?
To manage and coordinate actuarial work for clients, serving as the essential link between clients, Lisbon Hub teams, and German actuaries.
Key responsibilities include: Taking ownership of recurring tasks and processes.
Acting as a primary communication point for clients, ensuring seamless information flow.
Managing project plans and overseeing workflows for each client.
Leveraging project management tools to track progress and outcomes.
Coordinating data exchanges and supporting clients during data preparation phases.
Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for services.
Maintaining meticulous documentation of client activities and processes.
Qualifications About You You're the perfect fit if you bring: A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to dynamic situations.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
A proactive attitude, with the confidence to take initiative and the wisdom to seek support when needed.
