The Project Manager's prime responsibility is to ensure that a project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
Responsibilities: Planning & Control
Leading application migration projects from planning to project closure.
Ownership of migration plans.
Ensuring that forecasted trackable milestones are achieved and where necessary a Project Change Request (PCR) is drafted and approved.
Ensuring that Test Plans, migration/rollback plans are prepared properly and included into the baseline.
Team Leadership
Effective and confident leadership of multicultural fully remote Project Team.
Communicating the latest project status to the team.
Ensuring that the team is fully and appropriately resourced to deliver, with periods of leave arranged and covered effectively.
Ensure the project team are aware of the current priorities and expected work deadlines and are motivated and focused to deliver.
Address team blockers and issues.
Contribute to the architecture forum, ensuring any open related topics are effectively addressed.
Contribute lessons learned / suggest and implement improvements for Project Management methodology.
Required Skills: At least one of the Key languages: French, German, Swedish or Dutch.
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management (certification preferable).
Autonomy – able to work independently as an individual contributor.
Organization skills – able to organize and simplify complex environments.
Communication skills – able to work and engage all sorts of stakeholders.
