Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security and experience managing projects and leading teams. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Lisbon, Portugal. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of cyber security projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these goals. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cyber security. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 2 years in a project management or team leadership role. Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, tools, and technologies. Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
