They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication, and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.Responsibilities:Continuously improve the tracking and reporting of sustaining supplier activities (tool needs), such as duplication and replacement by entering all needed data into the sustaining tooling app.Support the defined system development initiatives and raise ideas for improvements.Provide support to maintain and develop the "Sustaining Tool App" towards a more effective and efficient database.Define the right project team set-up, negotiate resources, conduct regular Go-Meetings and prepare/maintain an Open Point Tracking list.Support to develop fast track decisions in all project phases from request to industrialization, including e.g. make/buy decisions, value stream, Capital Expense Request and business case preparation, if needed.Compare and define best replacement/duplication concept in close cooperation with project team and strive for Capex approval.Coordinate a senseful PCN process for adequate communication in between TE Sales and Marketing and their customers or in case of DESC projects (complex projects) align with the CTL from Sales and Marketing on the validation and customer approval strategy.Work closely together with Core Team leaders to define and execute customer needs (PCN, Validation concepts, Customer approvals).Coordinate and monitor Sustaining projects according to Sustaining project implementation EMEA procedure QMP_EMEA_029.Ensure timely information/escalation in case of bottlenecks/roadblocks and prepare action plans/proposals for management approval.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related science.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.Fluent in English. German is a plus.Excellent writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills.Analytical problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of current automotive products.Ability to work in multi-functional areas and overcome barriers.Ability to work in multi-cultural team.
