Project Manager Support (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto) Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting for integration into our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
What do you need to have: Hard Skills: Act as the representative of the Owner & leading the project team
Organize and coordinate project resources, including facilities, engineering, and construction teams from the client and the suppliers in charge
In collaboration with the client, validate Shared sites assessment on separation impacts (Administrative / Laboratories / Plants)
Identify assets/networks related to the client that must be separated
Follow up on the progress of sub-projects and coordinate their actions on local sites
Maintain a weekly one-page report to provide status and update project risks
Ensure the success of the project by respecting budget, planning, quality, and other factors
Drive with the Delivery Lead the progress of the project
Suggest simplifications of what is not useful for the client and improvements for what is missing
Communicate and collaborate with IT Product owners, project managers, and Service Delivery Manager to ensure correct and timely information sharing
