You are an achiever with a personal passion for changing healthcare and directly impacting the lives of many in Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new clients and ensuring their smooth transition to our products and services. Ideally, you will have a background working with B2B products.You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality projects within agreed timelines while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end projects for new clients, from project initiation to closure to meet quality standards of Tonic App, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, roles, and responsibilities to all stakeholders.Refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and define timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes and renewal.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and program success metrics, proactively addressing any concerns or issues.Build strong relationships through effective and concise communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.Who are you?You have:A pharmaceutical sciences or related life sciences degree or experience in the healthcare sector (both preferred).+2 years of experience in Project Management roles.Previous experience in customer-facing roles and in enterprise client account and project management environments.A strong customer success mindset with a bias for action, ability to balance client goals and company outcomes.Ability to understand and uncover underlying issues by asking questions to both internal and external stakeholders and thinking critically to discover solutions to unique issues.Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Airtable, etc).Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.Excellent prioritization skills, ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.Passion for technology and its deployment in healthcare.Native level proficiency in Spanish (mandatory) and good working proficiency level in English.Nice to have:International experience.ContactIf you have questions about careers at Tonic App or want to submit a spontaneous application, contact us by email:
