Project Manager (Remote)

What are you working on? The name of the project(s): UFL Genres: Simulation, Sports Platforms: Console For which tasks (responsibilities)? People\Team management (Leadership, Communication, Motivation, Employee Development amd Performance Evaluation and Feedback).
Work with teams of engineers, testers and game designers;
Develop detailed, clear project plans;
Perform risk management, analyze alternatives, make sure consensus is reached; and participate in solving the most demanding tasks;
Troubleshoot team interaction;
Cooperate with related departments (Art, Dev, QA, GD, Marketing, etc.);
Optimize and organize processes;
Improve workflows to increase efficiency, transparency and focus.
What kind of professional are we looking for?3+ years of proven experience in project management;
Experience in leading and managing a team (5+ people);
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and learn new things quickly;
Experience managing several projects/teams simultaneously;
Ability to manage complex projects with numerous dependencies and strict timelines;
Results-oriented with the ability to complete tasks on time;
Familiar with Jira/Confluence and other management tools;
Excellent communication skills (negotiations, problem-solving, etc.);
Good sense of responsibility and self-management.
Will be a plus: Gamer past or present;
Experience in football simulators;
Understanding of football rules;
Various beautiful certificates and educational achievements.
