We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PMO Support, standing for our Project Management Officer.
The PMO Support will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, monitor progress, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the PMO through the following tasks:
Administration of project events eg booking meetings, arranging travel and other ad hoc activities as needed by project leadership
Administration of project reports including submission to Transformation Team and monitoring of timing of report delivery to ensure submitted in timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience supporting a PMO or similar role
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to escalate issues as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Fluency in English is mandatory
