To manage Retail and Digital transformation, efficiency project:
Identify new opportunities for developing retail that could increase customer experience;Implement skyline efficiency project in retail;Develop new platforms that lead to more empowerment of the sales channels (e.g., Renewals and retention projects);Develop and execute action plans to deliver and grow sales and operations performance;Drive high NPS through delivering excellent end-to-end customer experience.Who you areBachelor's or master's in Management, Marketing or similar;5+ years of experience;Experience in retail and/or telesales industry;Digital and technology-oriented mindset;Data analysis;Strong intuition about consumer behaviour and motivation;Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion skills, and ability to influence behaviours;Great project management and organisation skills, capable of dealing with different stakeholders and challenges simultaneously and under pressure;Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
