Project Manager/Mainframe Job Description: Project Manager with experience in transformation projects, in particular Mainframe transformation. Leadership of application projects in a multidisciplinary team environment with more than 10 elements. Hard skills (time, team, risk, stakeholders, change management). Soft skills (team facilitation, client facing, communication…) Management of technically complex projects (minimum 2). Management and communication with multiple stakeholders. Portuguese and English language proficiency. Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management. Support business development activities within its scope of expertise and participate in technical proposals process. Client Facing, customer on-site and hybrid work.
