Project Manager (M/F) – Porto

We are recruiting a Project Manager (M/F) to lead a company based in the Porto Region.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project related to the transfer of work packages to Portugal and ensuring adherence to procedures.

MAIN TASKS AND MISSION:

Validation of the project with the Comex;

Communication with EASA to obtain approval;

Preparation and follow-up of the first (FAI) and last article inspection (LAI) with the MFT of the giving and taking site;

Follow-up of the actions with the MFT of the giving site;

Order and prepare the equipment necessary to launch the activity;

Organize qualifications of means or processes if necessary;

Follow-up of the actions with the MFT of the taking site until the first article acceptance (FAA) from the customer;

Accompany the ramp-up to ensure compliance with objectives (safety, unit cost, on-time delivery, on-quality delivery).

PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or Engineering;

Experience in project management and/or control (preferred), and in an international company environment;

Fluency in English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory;

Availability to travel frequently to Europe and Northern Africa.
