Fórum Selecção is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) for Banking Client_Lx.

Main Tasks: Drive the designing, implementation and operationalization of the appropriate framework to manage individual projects and a portfolio of transformation projects. Setup project tracking, control and reporting frameworks to monitor the management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, tracking budget, change control, and regular reporting. Lead Steering committees (SteerCos) setup and organization, coordinating all stakeholders involved, managing project gate approvals and closure. Provide project support to complex projects or programs, including aspects such as setup of project governance, project launch, risk management, and preparation of SteerCo materials and minutes. Design, implement, manage and continuously improve the framework and tools to collect, centralize and report on projects & programs to key internal or external stakeholders. Profile: Certification in Project Management. Ability to manage a project and a program. Ability to set up relevant performance indicators. Ability to manage or facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, or training. Ability to create project plans, milestones, and roadmaps. Ability to monitor and control a project. Ability to manage stakeholders and escalations required. Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint and Excel. Duration of the mission: between 8 and 12 months.
