Descrição:Vertente Humana, a human resources company, is recruiting a Project Manager (M/F) for a prestigious client company.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Scheduling: develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure adherence to schedules throughout the project lifecycle, perform-plan-fact analysis;Budget Management: set up, update and monitor project budgets closely and take proactive measures to control costs and avoid budget overruns;Quality Control: implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations;Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, minimizing disruptions and delays to project timelines;Procurement and Supply Chain Management: coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment;Team Leadership: provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively;Communication: serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and participants of the project, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues;Regulatory Compliance: ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes throughout the construction process;Health and Safety: prioritize the health and safety of all personnel on site, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures. It is expected that the Project Manager will be aware of each and every activity in the Project.Requisitos:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred);Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry in Portugal, with a track record of successfully managed projects;Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, design codes, approvals;Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project or similar);Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment;Capability to make decisions and prepare decision making procedures for higher management;Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus;Portuguese and English language is a must.
