Descrição Provide strategic leadership in project management practices and methodologies;Develop and implement project management frameworks and governance processes;Oversee project coordination, ensuring alignment with objectives and organizational goals;Establish and report on KPIs and metrics to measure project success and performance;Lead project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement;Collaborate with project managers to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in business administration or related; Master's degree preferred;Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; PMP certification preferred;Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to closure;Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team motivation and stakeholder negotiation;Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello);Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing deadlines;Fluency in English.Vantagens Competitive salary, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment;Hybrid work policy.
