Principais responsabilidades Provide strategic leadership in project management practices and methodologies; Develop and implement project management frameworks and governance processes; Oversee project coordination, ensuring alignment with objectives and organizational goals; Establish and report on KPIs and metrics to measure project success and performance; Lead project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement; Collaborate with project managers to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery. Perfil desejado Bachelor's degree in business administration or related; Master's degree preferred; Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; PMP certification preferred; Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to closure; Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team motivation and stakeholder negotiation; Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello); Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing deadlines; Fluency in English.
