Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Service management, incident tracking, and follow-up with responsible parties for potential support in diagnostics;
- Participation in the functional and/or technical definition of corrective and evolutionary solutions and monitoring their implementation by vendors;
- Backlog management to ensure an updated status;
- Active participation in promoting an agile culture within the team, based on agile principles and standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Experience with infrastructure projects and team management;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Intune;
- Fluent level of english;
- Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
