Project Manager - Industry X

Oasys is a company of Accenture Industry X, leader in Spain in development projects and production management in both the industrial and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in automation projects, with a proactive attitude and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities: -Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients' unique challenges and requirements;
-Create compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations showcasing the benefits of Industry X solutions for clients;
- Management and monitoring a team to ensure the correct progress of projects in terms of products, quality, quantity and deadlines.
- Compiles and provides periodic reports on KPIs and profitability of your area.
- Detect project/client training needs.

Qualifications: - Relevant experience in project management to understand complex issues and develop creative and breakthrough solutions
- Natural leadership with the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
