Your new role
As an Identity and Access Management Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, from initiation and planning through to execution and handover to operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project plans, risks, and finances, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams on identity and access management projects.
Deliver capabilities like Authentication, MFA, Authorization, Identity Federation, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management.
Use Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.
Manage project risks and escalate as necessary.
Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.
Evaluate project results and recommend improvements.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Advanced project management education (PMP or Prince2) and extensive client-facing/management experience preferred.
5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management Project Management.
Experience in Interface with clients, development, QA/testing, IT, client services, and operations.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery.
