We are on the lookout for a dynamic professional to join our team for a fixed-term of one year , helping us to further develop our high-performing HR Services organization .About the roleAs a Project Manager for HR services, you will collaborate directly with the Global HR Services delivery and development manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects from implementation through completion within Essity. Driving various governance activities, transformation and continuous improvement roadmap, facilitating monthly service performance reviews, consolidating system and new service requirements, updating service catalogue.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoOversee the implementation of the annual HR Services roadmap including monitoring the progress of global HR Services projects.Create and document governance processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations.Participate in reviewing and streamlining the HR service catalog to enhance simplicity and effectiveness for employees.Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards of project progress and service performance.Facilitate communication and collaboration among HR managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to drive project success.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consolidating feedback and insights to refine our HR services and processes.Who You AreYou have over 10 years of experience managing HR projects, with a strong background in developing HR services and shared business services.Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple countries, engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.Familiar with HR governance processes, service excellence, and performance tracking.
