Job DescriptionManagement and control of (internal) consulting projects/sub-projects with intensive involvement of the customer organizationContact person for the (top) management level and working levelResponsibility for the planning and control of project teams including budget responsibilityCreation of important project documents for various management circles tailored to the target groupAnalysis of work processes, methods, systems, organizational functions and structures to determine optimization potentialDevelopment and implementation of lean and agile organizational concepts, processes or service structuresDesign and implementation of key performance management systems based on key figuresSelection of consulting methods and determination of key figures on a project basisQualificationsAcademic degree in business/economics or (industrial) engineering or comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in management consulting or in comparable company areasProven consulting and project experience (project management or sub-project management) in an interdisciplinary and international environment using project management methods and toolsVery good knowledge of English (spoken and written)Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skillsIntellectual understanding of problem solving through deductive and inductive thinkingVery structured way of working, solution-oriented, equally able to work in a team and independent, confident communication at decision-making levelWillingness to travel at home and abroadApplications from severely disabled people are welcome.#J-18808-Ljbffr
