The Project Manager's mission is to facilitate and ensure the success of projects while striving for continuous improvement. The daily work routine is varied due to regular communication and coordination with different departments including project management, execution, engineering, and assembly, in both regional and international contexts.How You'll Make an ImpactManagement of projects with increasing complexity and risk.Acquire broad knowledge of project management and technology through on-the-job training and additional training.Strengthen your network and participate in the transformation of our project portfolio.What You BringSuccessfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or process engineering, or several years of professional experience in the field of energy business.+2 years of professional experience as a project manager/project assistant, including cooperation with international project teams.Good knowledge of Siemens-Energy specific processes, strategies, tools and IT systems.Good knowledge of the market environment and/or customers and competitors, health, safety, and environmental protection, as well as team development and motivation.Confident in the use of MS Office.IPMA certification is an advantage.Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German, French or Spanish is an advantage.Excellent customer relationship skills.Autonomy, creativity, and initiative.Commitment to promoting the success of others.Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.Open-minded and willing to give and receive constructive feedback.Entrepreneurial by nature with teamwork and communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
