The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management in the tech industry.Key Responsibilities: Work with Finance, Legal, and HR teams to understand their current processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Continuously monitor and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation within back-office processes. Write basic scripts to automate routine tasks and integrate various tools and integratetools such as Slack, Notion, and Jira to enhance workflow and communication. Plan, execute, and oversee projects aimed at process improvement and automation. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and improvements. Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Finance, Legal, and HR processes. Proficiency in using and integrating tools such as Slack, Notion, and Jira. Basic scripting skills for automation (e.G., Python, JavaScript, or similar). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Fluent written and verbal English and Russian.
