Project Manager – Expert VBA & Access – IT Systems ManagementSeize the Opportunity to Drive IT Excellence in Lisbon!This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days in the office per week.As a Project Manager – Expert VBA & Access, you will be instrumental in managing and evolving critical Access databases that support operational compliance and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure the maintenance and enhancement of database functionalities to meet the dynamic needs of our client's business operations.Your main responsibilities:Maintain and enhance the operational capabilities of various Access databases to support data management and reporting.Automate data imports and integrate complex queries and modules in VBA.Develop and maintain automated monthly dashboard reporting in PowerPoint.Ensure the accuracy and compliance of database management systems.Collaborate closely with IT team members and business stakeholders to align database functionalities with business requirements.You're ideal for the role if you have:Advanced mastery of Microsoft Access and VBA, with over 5 years of experience in database management.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructures.Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.Ability to automate processes and create user-friendly interfaces and reports.Fluent in French at a C1 level, with strong oral and written communication abilities.We would like to meet you.
