We are looking for a passionate and experienced MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution System/ Manufacturing Operations Management) Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for achieving overall project success, defining business objectives of the project, preparing project plan (scope, schedule, budget), and executing the plan.
What you'll do :
Define business objectives and prepare project plan (scope, schedule, budget) for Agile software development projects
Monitor project progress (plan vs. actual), solve obstacles, adjust project plan, escalate problems if necessary
Manage changes of project scope, schedule, and budget
Identify and manage project risks
Manage customer relationship and customer satisfaction, solve conflict situations
Manage project team to assure maximum efficiency and time utilization
Support sales and pre-sales activities
What we are looking for:
1. Agile/SCRUM Project Management
Mastery of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
Facilitation of SCRUM ceremonies
Prioritization and backlog management
2. Technical Expertise in MES/ERP
Expertise in MES or ERP systems
Integration and customization of systems
Understanding of industrial challenges
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
Client expectation management
Communication and negotiation
4. Performance Tracking and Risk Management
Planning and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Education
IT related degree, Computer Science or similar
