DESCRIPTIONAs a Project Manager at Nexar, your mission is to steer projects to success through a fine combination of technical acumen, sound judgment, resourcefulness, and outstanding communication skills. You'll be responsible for enabling strong coordination between different teams and stakeholders, to deliver excellence to our customers and partners. You will manage a set of projects (customer-oriented, internal, and of improvement) making sure that they follow project management best practices and that the promised results are delivered with the maximum quality, on time, and on budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES Project Monitoring and Budget Management: Monitor project execution in terms of timeline and budget. Timeline and Risk Management: Follow and manage project timelines, identifying implementation risks and working on solutions. Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports. Quality and Compliance: Handle quality and other compliance requirements specific to the project and ensure they are met by the team. Customer Communication: Manage communication with customer counterpart teams. Integration and Deliverables Oversight: Plan and oversee project integrations, deliverables, and audits. REQUIREMENTSTechnical skills & qualifications BA or/and a MA degree, preferably in Engineering. Excellent English skills (both written and oral). Excellent MS Office/GSuite skills (mainly MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). 3+ years proven experience as a project manager for tech products, ideally in the automotive space. Experience in tracking costs and working closely with finance teams for reporting. Proficiency in interacting with all levels of the customer/partner organization, including technical and executive stakeholders. People skills & traits Charisma and ability to positively influence others. Strong analytical skills and keen critical thinking. Strong synthetic thinking and creativity. Outstanding communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written, visual/presentation). Exceptional organization and time management skills.
