Project Manager

Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Technology or similar (preferred);
5 years of experience in Functional Analysis in ERP Software (Management Consulting - mandatory);
Previous experience in Project Management and team leadership (required);
Experience in Functional areas of Accounting, Tax, Industry, Quality;
Proactivity and taste for change and innovation;
Commitment to the company.
Responsibilities:
Information gathering and identification of project requirements and internal and external stakeholders;
Customer relationship management;
Pivot between the commercial area and the technical area;
Plan for new needs or new requests for assistance that may arise daily;
Perform functional analysis during the needs survey;
Define the best solution taking into account the client's needs and the company's objectives;
Manage expectations and motivations of the teams involved in the projects;
Daily analysis of technicians' reports, records, and agendas;
Budget and deadline management.
