The Company:A leading industrial machinery company in Europe.Location:Lisbon, Portugal. Candidates must be Portuguese or have lived in the country for more than 10 years.Overview:The company is seeking a project manager, with relevant exposure to the senior management team, to manage all projects and programs across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, structure, and manage projects of strategic relevance to the company with three distinct focuses:Operational ImprovementStrategic TransformationNew Business DevelopmentCommunicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose critical issues in current processes, identify improvement initiatives, and monitor impacts.Collaborate with the Research & Development team and other partners within the FSA group.Plan and coordinate the implementation and deployment of projects across the organization.Compensation:The salary will be based on the candidate's experience.Requirements:Higher education in Engineering or Business Administration.Postgraduate studies, MBA, or Strategic Project Management program.Knowledge of project management and program management.Bilingual in Portuguese, with a high level of English.
