Project Manager

Workster partners with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Lisbon office.Your RoleLeads and develops the project plans for medium and large projects.Can oversee multiple large to XL size projects with guidance from the project lead.Responsible for satisfying customer expectations on product quality functionality and timely delivery.Provides and implements recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area.Receives some supervision and has some latitude on achieving objectives related to a specific program task, project or initiative.Regular and proactive customer communications to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily.Participates in organizational initiatives as required.Responsible to provide customer reporting and project reporting.Executive customer interface and reporting.Ability to coach and mentor less tenured PMs.Participate and oversee that all project relevant governance meetings are held within contract framework.Your QualificationsExcellent knowledge of English (C1).Bachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent in related field.Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Teams.Minimum 7 years overall experience.2+ years experience as project manager for US/European telecom.4+ years experience as project manager in another domain.Professional certifications.ITIL V4 Foundations or equivalent.Prince2, CSM, Master's in project management, PMP, or equivalent.Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong and proactive communication skills, both verbal and written.Primary customer interface, direct interaction with the customer. Engaging presence with the customer.Strong in time management and setting priorities.Data validation for projects and project requests, project reporting.Ability to coach/mentor peers, result-oriented, learning on the fly.MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, Webex.Project management systems for project management and time management, internal client systems.The OfferPermanent contract.Private health and life insurance from day one in the company.Working hours: Monday to Friday.On-site Work Module.Meal allowance on card/voucher.Close to the beach.Progressive company culture.Sunny weather.Weekdays only.
