Job Description: Supports delivery of projects, including organizing and documenting sessions/meetings. Drafts deliverables, manages follow-ups and information gathering. Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis on core strategic issues for clients, consolidates key findings, conducts strategic analysis for recommendations. Project management– manage functional projects that are medium complexity and risk and have a mature and supportive partner organisation.
Provides day to day management of a project or project workstream.Management and updates to the plan, risks, issues, actions, decisions log. Escalating risks and issues where necessaryTracking of workstream and cross workstream dependenciesPrepares and/or edits meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and tablesSet up of complex meetings and workshops, often involving attendees from multiple (global) locations and timezonesCo-ordinates, collates and communicates information at the detailed levelCoordinates preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analysing and summarizing data and information from the workstream teamReconciles figures or information from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and follow-up on discrepanciesEnsures coordination of the different business areas involved on a project and ensures adherence to deadlinesCo ordination of lessons learnt across the work streams and broader programme Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years' project management and/or project support experienceGood problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent customer experience mindsetExperience working with project management tools (SmartSheet, JIRA, monday.com, Asana, etc)Proven ability creating effective presentationsStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skillsComfortable with ambiguityDesirable requirements: Good written and spoken communicationsHas an eye for detailCompetent in the use of relevant office equipment and systemsExperience of a variety of software/systemsAbility to follow processes
