Responsibilities
As the Data Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project's scope management, ensuring that all project requirements are met. You will be expected to use your expertise in Scope Management to develop and maintain project scope statements, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
You will also be responsible for managing project risks and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your day-to-day activities will revolve around leveraging your expertise in delivering effective Data solutions and supporting the Sales team in developing and pursuing business opportunities, discussing and presenting Accenture's solutions and capabilities to current clients or prospects, to address their problems and challenges. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering and managing a team in charge of developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data access and processing, and optimizing data storage.
Additionally, you'll be entrusted with the task of ensuring seamless data integration with other IT components, thus playing a significant role in contributing to the organization's overall success.
You must have mastery in Data Migrations. Having intermediate proficiency in Data Access, mastery in Data Engineering, expert proficiency in Data Pipelines, and expert proficiency in Data Processing will be advantageous.
Requirements
More than 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Design and implement data migration solutions to ensure seamless data integration.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to optimize data storage and processing.
Ensure data access and processing to support business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions.
Conduct rigorous testing.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
