Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Project Manager to oversee and lead our ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a higher education degree in Management, Accounting, IT, or related areas, coupled with proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, with a preference for expertise in Primavera.– Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;– Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.Ensure compliance with accounting, taxation, legal standards, and procedures throughout the implementation process;– Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;– Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, and project team members, to ensure alignment and manage expectations;– Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner;– Utilize computer tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to track project progress, analyze data, and report findings.– Higher education in Management, Accounting, IT, or related areas;– Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with Primavera;– Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, legal standards, and procedures;– Strong leadership, organization, planning, and team management skills;– Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills;– Proficiency in computer tools, including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint;– Willingness and availability to travel frequently to project locations.– Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2);– Experience working in a multi-cultural or global environment;– Familiarity with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Nome *E-mail *Telefone *#J-18808-Ljbffr
