What will be your responsibilities?
As a project manager, you'll use Kanban to manage a team of Frontend Developers and QA Engineers. You'll define and optimize workflows, develop plans, and allocate resources to meet timelines. Lead meetings, track progress, identify risks, ensure quality, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
What will you bring?

5+ years of experience as a technical project manager with a focus on Agile project management in software development.
Deep experience setting up and managing processes for a project from scratch.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices pertaining to project management.
Ability to analyze, document, and effectively communicate business requirements and technical design.
Possess effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
