Looking for Construction Project Manager in Portugal Algarve, Full-Time
We are a growing international Construction Company that developed, built and sold over 1000 houses and apartments. We deeply care about design and architecture and have worked with international names like Philippe Stark on our projects. Our roots are in Canada and we are now looking to build up a European portfolio. Your position is directly reporting to our CEO. We work like a start-up: dynamic, hands-on and with plenty of possibilities to personally learn and grow. If you come with a background in architecture or civil engineering and are looking to be involved in every step of a project and about learn about the Real Estate industry, this might be the position for you! Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget • Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors • Develop and implement quality control programs • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients • Hire and supervise the activities of contractors, subcontractors and subordinate staff Profile, Skills & Experience • Civil Engineer or Architect • Fluent in Portuguese and English or French • Driven, organized • Capable to manage bigger projects on your own • Good Negotiator • Ok to travel • Entrepreneurial Spirit We offer • High-impact role in a industry with lots of opportunities • Plenty of room for personal growth and professional development • International and dynamic teamwork • A Competitive Salary, with possibility of growth Location: Algarve Send us your resumé to the following contact: ******
